(En adelante CREATALENTO), por el presente medio electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al completar el presente formulario y aceptar previamente los t\u00e9rminos que rigen el tratamiento de los datos personales, CREATALENTO proceder\u00e1 a guardar la informaci\u00f3n del usuario en la base de datos que posee en condici\u00f3n de titular, por tiempo indefinido o hasta que usted revoque el consentimiento otorgado. Asimismo, el usuario consiente que la CREATALENTO pueda ceder estos datos a terceros para los fines expuestos a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>El banco de datos personales utilizar\u00e1 su informaci\u00f3n para las siguientes finalidades: i) realizaci\u00f3n de gestiones acad\u00e9micas, institucionales y administrativas; ii) remisi\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n para cubrir las necesidades respecto de los programas acad\u00e9micos que son del inter\u00e9s o consulta del titular; y, iii) realizaci\u00f3n de encuestas de satisfacci\u00f3n y mejora del servicio educativo.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizar la base de datos en seguimiento de un eventual proceso de matr\u00edcula, env\u00edo de publicidad mediante cualquier medio y soporte, env\u00edo de invitaciones a actividades convocadas por CREATALENTO o sus socios comerciales, para fines estad\u00edsticos, gestiones institucionales y administrativas;
